Scotch ‘N’ Soda is a family owned small business that has been in operation since 1979.
Captain RAM
RAM is the founder of Scotch ‘N’ Soda, the oldest operating dive business in Barbados, a local legend, being one of the first scuba divers in the island his experience and knowledge in the sport is unmatched. He has witnessed some of the biggest advancements in diving first hand, even diving with Jaques Cousteau himself. RAM also played an integral part of creating what is widely considered one of the top scuba diving and snorkeling locations in the Caribbean - Carlisle Bay Marine Park.
ACE
ACE is RAM’s youngest son, following in the footsteps of his old man. He has been diving for most of his life and knows these reefs extremely well. With years of experience in the ocean, he enjoys sharing his knowledge and introducing people to the underwater world that has fascinated him for so many years. His passion extends beyond diving as he enjoys responsible spearfishing by only taking what he needs. Teaching people to dive and watching them discover how incredible the ocean truly is is one of the most rewarding parts of what he does.
